Boy, just wait until you see the lineup we have in store for you this Labor Day Weekend. You will be jammin’ to the sound of BLACK CAT BONE on Friday night starting at 7PM. Then the smooth tunes of BRUCE TEREO with that good ol’ Country Rockin’ Blues on Saturday starting at 4PM. JUST REMEMBER…GREAT FOOD, DRINKS & MUSIC = GREAT TIMES. Keep checkin’; we may have something in store for you on Monday too.

What’s more fun than camping? Why camping on Lake Hartwell in Anderson, South Carolina, of course. That’s what Tiger Cove Campground is all about; enjoying the camping life, putting the boat in the water and just playing in the water & meeting friends on the lake. Then come on into the A/C at our new Grill for a bite to eat, shoot a little pool and/or darts. Tiger Cove Campground also offers pontoon boat & canoe rental; firewood for that fire to make S’mores, ice to keep things cool. Don’t forget to bring your raft though to do some floating around the dock. But the best is the beautiful sunset that displays on the water every evening, like a movie in the sky it constantly changes color and shapes. So, come on & enjoy it with us.

Okay, the big day is here. Monday, June 14, 2010 will be our official first day of business at the Tiger Cove Grill. We plan on a Grand Opening the July 4th weekend. Up til then, we will be cooking for anyone that would like to stop in and eat with us for lunch or supper. You can enjoy the a/c and eat indoors or eat outside to-go. We also have a pool table to enjoy shooting a friendly game of pool while you wait for your cook-to-order burger, or whatever else you decide on from our menu. We are sorry to say that at this time our alcohol license has not come yet but we have applied for it & hopefully by the 4th we will be able to also serve your favorite beer, wine or mixed drink. So stop in and see us; looking forward to it.

Did you know there’s treasure on Lake Hartwell. There certainly is. Just come camping with us at Tiger Cove Campground and you will find gold nuggets & silver ore rocks that you can take home with you. BUT, if you find our very special Tiger Rocks, be sure to bring those into the campground office for your free ice cream. You must be under 18 to participate and only one per customer per day. So come along and camp under the stars and enjoy our glorious lake here in Anderson, South Carolina. Let the never-ending treasure hunting begin.

Did you know that you can get sites right on Lake Hartwell here at Tiger Cove Campground? Pitch your tent and fish right from your site, get that campfire blazing and then fish some more at night. We have water/electric sites that run along our creek that you can fish from, or just take your chair down to the dock and fish by our tiki torches. The lake levels are back up to full pool and we plan to enjoy them to the upmost here in South Carolina. Also, check back frequently to see how the Tiger Cove Campground Grill is progressing. Anticipated opening date is May 1st if all goes as planned. Can’t wait…
